Kari Kardio – Boot Camp with Variety

Not just boot camp, but a little bit of everything.

If you’re a fan of Top 100 Expo (especially our adventures list), then you might find yourself in need of a crash-diet or intense workout program…just be to able to participate and keep up.  Top 100 Adventures hiking requiring leg strength; SCUBA requiring strong lungs and good concentration; mountain climbing requiring upper body strength; skydiving takes courage and determination, biking requires balance and endurance; and horseback riding requires strength and adaptability.

If you’re lucky enough to live in Southwest Florida, Top 100 has just the program to get your prepared for the summer adventures….Kari Kardio!  It’s called a boot camp, but it’s really a collection every form of exercise imaginable offered in early morning one-hour segments near Ft. Myers, Florida personally monitored by Kari herself.

Participants arrive at 5am, 6am, or 7am for a surprise workout that contain be any one or more of the following: spinning, treadmill running or outdoor running, incline walking, free weights, aerobics, band work, gymnastics, and teamwork.  Kari limits the size of the classes so that see can personally monitor the progress of everyone in the class.

Kari works each individual at their own pace based on where they are in their own personal fitness; however, Kari admits that she will push her clients a little past their comfort zone.  Kari’s classes are not for individuals looking for an easy workout or for the soft-hearted.  “This is your morning workout.  It’ll be over at 6am!!!”, Kari yells.

Kari’s Boot Camp is not her only offering.  Kari offers a variety of monitored classes in her studio that last all day long.  Participants in boot camp, get a sampling of all of Kari’s other classes like spinning, aerobics, and yoga.

So whatever you’re eyeing on the Top 100 list, you’d better hit boot camp beforehand…it will make your adventure experience that much more enjoyable.
